Doctors & Healthcare Professionals

Phoenix Society offers several treatments that are designed to address each individual’s needs in order to provide meaningful connections and sustainable recovery. You can refer a patient, or they can refer themselves.

Phoenix Society Treatment

Participants can expect staff to be welcoming, accepting, and non-judgmental. We provide individualized, collaborative care and support. Our treatment goals are designed to ensure residents have the best opportunity to build new relationships at an individual and social level.

Although every treatment is different, each program at Phoenix Society is carefully designed to ensure meaningful recovery. Our goal is to offer meaningful connections and sustainable solutions to the problems of addiction and homelessness in the community.

After Care

Programs are designed to not only help residents get well but to stay well and to really thrive in recovery. At discharge, the care team will discuss post-treatment recommendations with the resident.

During their time, we will offer structured activities and sessions in a supportive environment that promotes healing and recovery.

At the end of the treatment program, we will discuss post-treatment recommendations with them, including our post-treatment transitional housing.
