Quibble Creek

Quibble Creek offers additional services to people facing mental-health issues, substance misuse or homelessness. There are 52 furnished studio apartments designed to provide safe, structured and affordable post-treatment transitional housing for men and women 19 years and older who have initiated lifestyle change and require ongoing social supports.

This housing program offers a longer-term stay and gives residents access to employment and educational assistance. It also provides leisure and recreation. These integrated services empower residents to achieve long-term stability in housing, income, employment and quality of life.

Quibble Creek, developed as part of the Provincial Homelessness Initiative in partnership with BC Housing, the City of Surrey and the Fraser Health Authority, opened in 2012. It shares the lane with the Phoenix Center. Quibble Creek contains:

  • Counseling Offices
  • Group Rooms
  • Resident Lounge

  • 12 studio transitional housing apartments for women
  • 32 studio transitional housing apartments for men
