The Phoenix Employment Program is a program for multi-barriered men and women who are unemployed, eligible to work in Canada and who reside in Surrey, Delta, or White Rock.

Phoenix customizes a program to incorporate each individuals' needs in career planning, vocational assessment, counselling, use of technology, job search skills, drop-in services, follow-up and aftercare, referrals and support.

Our in-house team expertise includes an extensive background in working with the most challenged and multi-barriered people and extends beyond the traditional models of employment programming.

Integrated Case Counselling:

We specialize in an Integrated Case Counselling (ICC) model and career coaching where we provide bio-psychosocial assessment, informed service delivery, and subsequent resource allocation based on client needs. This specialization includes expertise in vocational counselling, and assisting multi-barriered clients through the change process and transitioning to work or skill enhancement.Our team develops, implements, and tracks complete care plans for individuals, addressing barriers to employment. As an outcome oriented program, our focus remains on accountability both in terms of clients as well as program responsibility.
