Knowledge Strategy

As a Recovery and Education society, knowledge and learning are at the forefront of our strategic planning. Existing knowledge, both tacit and explicit, advanced and innovative knowledge are our most strategically important resources. Learning, as an organization and being able to share knowledge with the greater community is our most strategically valuable capability.

Our Vision, Mission, Goals and Conceptual Approach are implicit in our dynamic knowledge strategy. We will continue to build on our existing intellectual capital and strive to make better use of existing knowledge. Through partnerships and creative use of technology we will co-create new and innovative knowledge that increases the capacity of our organization and the well-being of those we serve.

E-learning Portal

Our new e-learning portal incorporates the best and newest technology to create a virtual space that our staff and members of the community can use.
This user friendly cyber-space is just one of our key strategies to extend our capability by providing a knowledge infostructure and "just in time" learning tools.

Through on-line community building we will be able to provide recovery support and education that includes but is not limited to health care, aftercare support and career planning. With partner organizations we will be able to host forums on best practices and organize synchronous chats with allied professionals from around the world.
